1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Sparkz, the interactive AI chatbot service provided by Animated Intelligences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Sparkz is intended exclusively for users 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 should review these terms with a parent or legal guardian.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Sparkz is an interactive AI chatbot designed for business pitch brainstorming and evaluation. The service:

  • Provides feedback and research insights for business ideas
  • Contains public information about Edspan, Franklin School (New Jersey), and Dwight Schools
  • Generates evaluation rubrics and session summaries
  • Operates on a session-based system with no persistent data storage

3. LICENSE GRANT

Animated Intelligences grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Sparkz solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial brainstorming purposes.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use Sparkz exclusively for legitimate educational and brainstorming purposes
  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or confidential business information
  • Refrain from submitting content that is harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights
  • Understand that each session is independent with no carryover of previous data

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LIMITATIONS

  • Sparkz is designed as an educational brainstorming tool. Users acknowledge that:
    • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
    • Generated feedback and evaluations are for educational purposes only
    • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional business advice
    • The service contains pre-loaded information that may not reflect current conditions

6. SESSION-BASED SERVICE

  • All conversation data is deleted when starting a new session
  • No login or account creation is required
  • Previous sessions cannot be recovered or accessed
  • Each session operates independently

7. TERMINATION PROVISIONS

  • Animated Intelligences reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to Sparkz if we determine that:
    • A violation of these Terms has occurred
    • User activity poses potential harm to the service or other users
    • Technical or legal issues require service modification

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sparkz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animated Intelligences disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Sparkz.

9. GOVERNING LAW
